Central Property Bureau will listen to your requirements and because we offer a 1-1 service you will only see properties that suit your needs and budget. The visit will not be pressured or rushed, we want you to enjoy purchasing your Spanish property. We recommend a minimum of 3 or 4 days and because we know how difficult it is to get time away, we work to your timetable. Let us know when you can get away and we will make the arrangements.

The time to book your inspection visit is when you are in a position to buy. We would advise a holiday if you want to only see the Costa Blanca. Ask for details about our Sunshine Holiday Rental, where we can book your accommodation, flights and car. This will enable you to see the area and during your stay if you wish to see properties we can make arrangements to fit in with your stay.

However, if you are ready to buy a property but wish to see various locations, properties and you know how much you want to spend, then booking your inspection visit will enable you to concentrate on the purchase, your personal sales adviser will be on hand to guide you on the various location and properties available to you.

The cost of the visit is 129 pounds per adult (max 2). This will include you return flights from the UK, a 4* hotel with breakfast. Dinner is not included as we feel that you will need time to discuss your days findings and of course enjoy the local restaurants and relax.
Your sales adviser will meet you at the airport and check you into the hotel, and depending on the time will show you the local area or discuss your specifications.

Central Property Bureau can organise your NIE numbers which are now required by law before you purchase a property in Spain and open a bank account.

If during your visit you find a property that you would like to buy we will be pleased to REFUND the cost of the inspection visit.
